🏭 Soil stabilization in an active industrial environment.

Project carried out at a brewery located in Jacareí (SP), completed in just 2 days with no need to interrupt industrial operations. The site had low soil strength and the presence of voids, which was already causing tilting and structural risk to an industrial tank.

The solution applied consisted of geopolymer injection, which enabled:

✔ Void filling

✔ Soil reinforcement

✔ Area stabilization

✔ Floor leveling

With the application, a polyurethane “structural cushion” is formed, acting as a new base with an approximate strength of 60 MPa, ensuring greater safety and performance for the structure.

The result is a fast, non-invasive, and highly efficient solution, ensuring structural safety and operational continuity.
